Frédéric Santi is a recognized financial advisor in the Wines & Spirits industry, specialized in M&A Advisory.

An agronomist and oenologist, he began his career as technical advisor for prestigious wine groups, first in Bordeaux – Groupe CVBG Dourthe Kressmann, Château Belgrave Classified Growth in 1855 – and then, overseas – Terlato Wine Group (USA), BRL Hardy (Australia), Simonsig Group (South Africa), Bodega Aresti (Chile - Argentina).

After this technical experience, he came back to France and complemented his scientific knowledge with a financial education program in a leading French Business School. After graduating, he was naturally hired by the BNP Paribas bank to manage the financial monitoring of the top wine estates, wine merchants and wine service companies in Bordeaux.

He was then approached by the prestigious and influential investment bank Lazard Brothers, which offered him a position in its M&A department in Bordeaux in order to develop its financial advising activities in the Wines & Spirits Industry.

In 2013, backed by 15 years working in the wine business, he set up his own financial advising company, Wine Experts, in order to propose independent advice and double expertise to its clients, sellers and investors in the Wines & Spirits sector, and to optimize their transactions.

A father, a lover of top wines and old Armagnacs, a golf player, Frédéric graduated from the French National School of Agronomy and from the HEC Business School in Paris.
