Château Marojallia is an AOP Margaux wine estate, ideally located between the main Grands Crus Classés of 1855 of the Margaux Appellation of Origin: Châteaux Margaux, Château Marquis de Terme, Château Durfort Vivens, Château Rauzan Sègla and Château Palmer.
The surface in production is approximately 6 ha in AOP Margaux and 2.7 ha in AOP Haut Médoc.
The building dating from the XVIIIth century has been completely renovated by the Porcheron Group, specialized in real estate. On landscaped grounds of 11,775 m², stands the spectacular Château in freestone, with 9 bedrooms, a suite with swimming pool, a technically advanced wine cellar, all surrounded by AOP Margaux top vineyard (deep gravels).
The whole constitutes a real nugget of the appellation.
The wines have been rated up to 96-97 by Robert Parker and their selling prices rival the majority of the Grands Crus Classés of the AOP Margaux.
Marojallia is Margaux's translation into Latin.
