The Domaine de la Fond Moiroux was created in 1789.
This historic estate features a XVIII^th century house and a 14 ha vineyard spread other several appellations, of which two Beaujolais Crus:
- Moulin-à-Vent, located in the municipality of Romanèche Thorins - 2,22 ha on granitic soils
- Brouilly, located in the municipality of Quincié - 4,33 ha on sandy soils above granitic bedrock

The rest of the vineyard is located in the municipality of Cogny, inside the renowned "Pierre Dorées" area, from which red and white Bourgogne, Beaujolais and Crémants de Bourgogne are produced.

Wine Trade Market is a start-up company created in 2017 by Jean Luc Darfeuille, a logistics expert - founder of groupe Mitsiu in Blanquefort - and his son, Maxime Darfeuille, an experienced wine trader.
Wine Trade Market is an online marketplace dedicated to confidential transactions of top Bordeaux wines between professionals (negociants, importers, wine shops, supermarkets).

The capital increase should permit to launch a new marketing and communication program and to improve the internet interface already online.
Simultaneously, the project Wine Trade Market has been selected by BPI France that has provided an additional financial loan to the company.

The Tonnellerie Darnajou is a family business created in 1976 by Pierre Darnajou and managed by his son Vincent et his wife Nadège Darnajou.
The Tonnellerie Darnajou produces top quality french oak barrels for the ageing of high-end wines worldwide. 
The company operates two production units :
- the main unit located in the municipality of Montagne, producing traditional 225 liters Bordeaux barrels
- a modern unit located in the Artigues-de-Lussac municipality, producing 300 / 400 / 500 and 600 liters oak barrels

In the context of the sale of the company, Wine Experts has been assigned by a prospective buyer to deliver a valuation of the company and an expertise of the potential of the company.

TFF Group finally announced the acquisition of Tonnellerie Darnajou in february 2019. 

Wine Experts chooses to support the Association "Fête le Mur".

Founded in 1996 by the french tennis Champion Yannick Noah, the Association "Fête le Mur" helps young people from disadvantaged areas in France.

Its objective is to use sport, and more specifically tennis, as a vehicule to invoke social change.

The Association is active now in 92 "Priority neighborhoods" throughout France.
