The Vignobles Arjeau operate two wine estates:
- Château Sainte Catherine - Côtes de Bordeaux Appellation
- Château de Foucaud - Côtes de Bordeaux Appellation
Château Sainte Catherine and Château de Foucaud are both situated in the Côtes de Bordeaux - Cadillac Appellation, in the municipalities of Paillet and Cardan.
The two wine estates group together 60 ha of vines, on gravelly and chalky-clayey soils. 22 ha are operated in the cellars at Château Sainte Catherine, closed to the XIIème century chapel, and 38 ha are vinified in the state-of-the-art wine cellar at Château de Foucaud.
